You need six connections for your jtag, one of which is 3.3 volts. This is found on the point shown in fig1 below. Simply solder the +v wire here.
The rest of the connections are all found on the 20 way header shown in Fig2 (BELOW). Either the remaining wires can be soldered directly to the pins, or you can buy an 8, 10 or even 20 way plug from somewhere like Maplins and make up your lead to plug onto the correct pins.
All the bottom row of pins are 0v so this wire can be soldered to any of them.
The other wires that need to be connected are TDO, TDI, TCK,TMS AND TRST
These again are shown below.

aswell as the connections on the jtag above your jtag should have a TRST wire which connects to pin 19 - working and tested
